On her election, Jen said, “I am honored to be elected to an organization I have been interested in for a long time. Having participated in the IBC as an exhibitor and attendee for more than 10 years, it will be exciting to have an opportunity to shape future conferences and participate in the background. I am looking forward to elevating my standing as a Pennoni thought leader from a regional expert to a national expert in line with our Technical Excellence program. I currently hold a Level II certification and my goal is to achieve the Level III certification showing my national expertise in bridge inspection.”
Pennoni’s Technical Excellence Certification program allows us to recognize our exceptional employees who provide the skills sets that result in our success. The program creates opportunities for Pennoni to promote our thought leadership, locally, regionally, and nationally. It provides a more defined career track for technical experts, while valuing their skill set. Jen holds Level II certification in both Technical Excellence and in Project Management.
John Zarsky, Pennoni’s Regional Vice President of Transportation congratulated Jen, saying “This is another step in Jen’s growth as an industry leader. We’re proud to have her representing Pennoni on such a prestigious committee.”
