ASCE names Danielle Schroeder among New Faces of Civil Engineering

Philadelphia – Pennoni, a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm, is pleased to announce that Danielle Schroeder, EIT, ENV SP, has been named among ASCE’s New Faces of Civil Engineering. Dani is an associate engineer in our Philadelphia transportation group. ASCE’s New Faces of Civil Engineering recognition programs highlight the next generation of civil engineering leaders. By showcasing young, diverse, and talented engineers, the program shows that engineering is an exciting profession open to everyone.

Dani is a graduate of Drexel University having earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degree from the Pennoni Honors College with a minor in Engineering Management in their accelerated program in only five years. She worked with Pennoni first as a co-op, then part-time until she joined Pennoni full time in July of 2017.

Along with her design experience, Dani is a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and National Highway Institute certified bridge safety inspector. She has inspected highway bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and pedestrian bridges. Some of this bridge inspection experience includes inspecting from a manlift vehicle. She has also helped produce the corresponding reports to the inspections performed.
