Pennoni, a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia, is excited to welcome the staff of and announce the acquisition of certain assets of Andersen Engineering Associates, Inc. (AEA, Inc.) Effective immediately, AEA, Inc. will now operate as the Andersen Engineering Division of Pennoni.

Located in Sellersville, PA, AEA has provided engineering and surveying services to municipal, institutional, commercial, and private sector clients. AEA has completed infrastructure projects involving planning, design, permitting, regulatory compliance, economics, specifications, construction management, and start-up/acceptance services to clients for more than 30 years.
