Pennoni welcomes Justin Brown, PE, and Tim Griffith, PLS
PHILADELPHIA – Pennoni, a multidisciplinary engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia, is excited to announce the addition of Justin Brown, PE, civil site division manager, and Tim Griffith, PLS, survey and SUE division manager, to our Raleigh, NC office. Their appointments mark a significant milestone in Pennoni’s ongoing efforts to expand its presence and capabilities in North Carolina.
Both Justin and Tim are returning to Pennoni, bringing with them extensive leadership experience in their respective fields. Their return underscores Pennoni’s commitment to delivering high-quality engineering and surveying services while strengthening its position in the North Carolina market.

As division manager, Justin will lead land development initiatives, overseeing project execution and business development efforts to support the firm’s continued growth. With more than 15 years of experience, he has successfully managed a range of site development projects, including feasibility studies, master planning, and the design of commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional facilities.
Tim, in his role as division manager, will oversee survey and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) operations. With over two decades of experience in surveying, mapping, and project management, his leadership will enhance Pennoni’s ability to deliver comprehensive survey services throughout the region.
Both Justin and Tim expressed their enthusiasm for rejoining Pennoni and contributing to the firm’s expansion in North Carolina.
