JT Graupensperger promoted to office director
PHILADELPHIA—Pennoni, a multidisciplinary engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia, is delighted to announce the promotion of John-Thomas (JT) Graupensperger, PWS, to office director of our Mechanicsburg, PA office and training center. With more than 20 years of experience in environmental science and a strong background in project management, permitting, and environmental investigations, JT’s leadership will support the continued growth and success of the office and its operations.

JT began his career with Pennoni in 2004 as a graduate environmental scientist. Over the past 20 years, JT has been instrumental in delivering many Pennoni projects across the mid-Atlantic region. He serves as an associate vice president, environmental division manager, principal environmental scientist in the firm’s environmental division, and environmental discipline leader for transportation projects. His expertise includes QAQC, project management, environmental clearance and permitting, wetland, stream, and habitat assessments and design, Phase I and II environmental site assessments, NEPA documentation preparation, and hazardous material investigations. JT is a certified professional wetland scientist and a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Highway Engineers and the Pennsylvania Association of Environmental Professionals.
