Pennoni, a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia, is delighted to announce the purchase of assets of Van Note-Harvey Associates, Inc. (VNHA). Effective immediately, Pennoni welcomes the staff of VNHA, which will now work as the Van Note-Harvey Division of Pennoni.

VNHA is a full-service consulting engineering, environmental, planning and land surveying organization tracing its origin back to 1894. The group has provided professional services ranging from minor improvements or expansions of existing facilities to completely new campus and facility site design, including every aspect of site feasibility planning, civil engineering, utility design, environmental compliance, regulatory permitting, stormwater management and construction phase services.
