Brookefield Townhomes

SITEOPS, an interactive land development software, was used to design the Brookefield Townhomes project located in Chester Heights, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The project includes the construction of 78 townhouses, a walking trail, sidewalks, and significant storm water improvements. Pennoni used SITEOPS to provide a comprehensive use of the land by providing a 3D model, which enabled stakeholders to visualize the proposed development on the property. SITEOPS accurately depicted where the townhomes would be orientated in respect to the topography and the site and through its capabilities, helped to drastically expedite the approval process.
