The 1706 Rittenhouse Square is a new 32 story luxury condominium tower with each floor featuring one single residence covering approximately 4,200-sf. Each floor is considered a penthouse suite offering luxurious amenities such as an automated parking garage, fitness center, meeting rooms, concierge service and close proximity to shops, restaurants and the theatre district. 

Pennoni provided code required special inspections and construction materials testing services related to earthwork, cast-in-place concrete construction, floor flatness, engineered masonry, post-tensioning, filigree fabrication, structural steel roof framing and spray applied fireproofing.
