The Cincinnati Music Hall was constructed in 1878 and is registered as a National Historic Landmark. The facility had not been renovated in nearly 50 years and was in need of repairs and enhancements. Pennoni developed a systems infrastructure plan that effectively met the needs of the Music Hall paying close attention to noise and vibration controls of the equipment, impact of the design with respect to the historical preservation, reduction in utility costs, and ongoing operational and maintenance requirements. Pennoni provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and fire alarm design, and engineering services for spaces throughout the Music Hall.
