Pennoni has supported the township as the appointed Township Engineer for more than 35 years. Services have included supervision of surveying and civil design activities for land developments, proposed roads, intersection improvements, storm sewers, culverts, sanitary sewers, erosion and sedimentation control measures, water distribution systems, sewage pumping stations, and associated construction plans, specifications, and estimates, as well as providing construction liaison services.
