The New College House at the University of Pennsylvania is a 198,000-sf, eight-story building providing residence, dining and other amenities for approximately 350 students. It was designed to provide a sloped lawn open space adjacent to the existing Woodland Walk, which provides seclusion for an open courtyard available for use by residents. Pennoni provided professional services, including civil/site, geotechnical, environmental, and survey for the project.
