Trenton 250 Visioning

This project was the first phase in developing a new comprehensive master plan for the city of Trenton, NJ. Pennoni was hired to lead an inclusive, wide-reaching community visioning effort.

As part of this project, Pennoni planned and facilitated traditional and non-traditional public outreach, drafted a city-wide vision and corresponding goals, and developed a standalone, interactive master plan website in collaboration with P’unk Avenue. The vision and goals that came out of this process were widely viewed as accurately reflecting the values of the community.
